Meet Your School Counselor: Mrs. Claudia Long

I am very excited to be working with the students of Ambler Elementary. This is my 3rd year at Ambler, and my 10th year
as a school counselor. I have worked in the past as a middle school
and elementary counselor. I am a transplant to the Upstate from
Louisiana/Mississippi. College basketball is what brought my family to
the area. My husband was a division 1 college basketball coach for 12
years, but now proudly serves as an assistant principal at Easley High
School. We have two children, ages 18 and 17; and three 4 legged children; which include a Lab, Dachshund, and a cat. I live on
Lake Hartwell and enjoy spending time on the lake with family and friends.
